Administrator – Cirencester College Apprenticeship Team
Required: ASAP
Full Time, Permanent Contract
Salary £15,707 – £16,678 (depending on qualifications and experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cirencester College as an administrator in our successful Apprenticeship delivery team.  We are looking for someone with relevant administrative experience who is passionate about vocational education and is keen to develop their knowledge of apprenticeship. 

The successful applicant will be expected to provide complex administration support to the busy team.  The role is very customer-focused and you will be expected liaise with employers, students, apprentices and other internal college departments. The role is full of variety and therefore requires someone who is flexible, shows initiative, is a good communicator and can remain calm and positive in challenging periods of work.  Ideally you will have excellent IT skills, particularly on excel and will be able to work across a number of different software packages and reporting systems.

We deliver apprenticeships across a wide range of sectors, and the successful applicant will be expected to take part in relevant marketing activities and other events to help promote apprenticeships to parents, employers and current students.

This role is all year round and will require some flexible working including some evenings.
